You can enjoy a traditional Japanese food more conveniently at home.
Our frozen udon noodles are flash-frozen when they are at their most delicious-freshly made and freshly cooked. You can easily prepare them in the microwave, or in a pot to enjoy their unique texture and wheat flavor whenever you want.
In freshly cooked udon noodles, the outside of the noodles contains more moisture than the inside. This differential produces the firm, springy texture. We keep our frozen udon noodles in this “optimally delicious state” through flash-freezing. As a result, freshly cooked taste can be easily recreated by just thaw them in the microwave or a pot.
Instead of boiling in a pot, simply microwave frozen udon noodles for about three minutes and twenty seconds (600 W) to enjoy the taste of freshly cooked udon noodles.
Frozen udon noodles are stored at temperatures of -18 degrees Celsius or below, which is too cold for bacteria to grow. Since they can keep for a long time at these temperatures, you don't need to worry about them going to waste.
One of the many appeals of our frozen udon noodles is the freedom to use it in Salad style, Pasta style, and other cuisine in addition to the traditional Japanese style. We invite you to browse some of our ever-evolving collections of easy, delicious recipes.
