Additionally, if you submit a request for disclosure of personal information or notification of the purpose of use, a processing fee of 500 yen will be charged in addition to the mailing costs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  3. (3) Other
    • We may decline any request for disclosure, etc. that is made without following the above procedure.
    • We may be unable to accept a request for disclosure, etc. if there are any mistakes or deficiencies in the request form or the enclosed documents, or if the processing fee is not paid in full.
    • We will disclose, etc. personal information in response to your request via the method you prefer, such as via email or in writing; provided, however, that if your preferred method of disclosure, etc. involves significant costs or is difficult for us to accommodate, we may simply provide disclosure, etc. in writing.
    • Even if you have submitted a request for disclosure, etc., we may choose not to comply with such request, in accordance with the provisions in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
