- Even if you have submitted a request for disclosure, correction, etc., or suspension of use, we may not comply with such request in whole or in part, in accordance with laws and regulations, etc. In this case, we will provide notification to the effect that we will not disclose, correct, etc., or suspend the use of information together with the reason for this decision.
- We may be unable to accept a request for disclosure, correction, etc., or suspension of use if there are any mistakes or deficiencies in the request form or the attached documents, or if the processing fee is not paid in full.
